Service Description

2 hours of laughter and creative fun for up to 8 painters in your home or venue of choice. Pricing: $300 Up to 8 painters, $30/ea additional painter Your deposit holds your date and can be used towards the party total cost. A confirmed headcount is needed 3 days prior to ensure adequate supplies. - $50 refundable deposit upon booking. - Pour Sip Paint will provide all painting supplies, smocks, and instruction. Table and drop cloths available upon request. - Event host to make arrangements for a space with adequate space, tables and seating for the event. - Class time is roughly 2 - 2.5hrs with frequent breaks. We encourage prompt start time to give ample time for painting and celebrations. - Pour Sip Paint arrives 15-30 minutes prior to event to set up. We ask that the tables and chairs be ready prior to our arrival. Please allow an extra 15-30 minutes after the event for clean up.

Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the event for a refund or event credit. Pour Sip Paint reserves the right to cancel an event at any time, a rescheduled date will be posted in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will be issued next business day in the event of a class cancellation. Pour Sip Paint is an entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater or movie theater. We do allow cancelations and credits unlike the above but we do require a 48 hour notice. "No shows" are non-refundable and will not be issued a credit. Cancellations should be made via email or by phone, this provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you with 48 hours notice. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Public classes are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 10 attendees. Cancellations are very rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled classes. Custom Canvas events (Paint Your Pet & Paint Who You Love) are NON REFUNDABLE. Your image on the Custom canvas is processed for you; the date and time of the event for your seat cannot be rescheduled, credited or refunded. All sales for Custom Canvas are final and will not be refunded.
