Service Description

Corporate parties are a great way to build camaraderie and have some fun with your staff, management, clients, and vendors. Larger groups can be great for entertaining all your VIPs. Let us know if you need help planning the years biggest party! 10 person minimum within 20 miles of 98382 (additional charges and requirements apply for travel beyond that area code) Pricing: $30 person (up to 20 guests), $40/person (21-70 guests) - $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date and can be used towards the party total cost. - Pour Sip Paint will provide all painting supplies, smocks, and instruction. Table and drop cloths available upon request. - Event host to make arrangements for a space with adequate space, tables and seating for the event. - Class time is roughly 2 - 2.5hrs with frequent breaks. We encourage prompt start time to give ample time for painting and celebrations. - Pour Sip Paint arrives 15-30 minutes prior to event to set up. We ask that the tables and chairs be ready prior to our arrival. Please allow an extra 15-30 minutes after the event for clean up. A confirmed headcount and payment in full is due 3 days prior to the event.

Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the event for a refund or event credit. Pour Sip Paint reserves the right to cancel an event at any time, a rescheduled date will be posted in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will be issued next business day in the event of a class cancellation. Pour Sip Paint is an entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater or movie theater. We do allow cancelations and credits unlike the above but we do require a 48 hour notice. "No shows" are non-refundable and will not be issued a credit. Cancellations should be made via email or by phone, this provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you with 48 hours notice. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Public classes are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 10 attendees. Cancellations are very rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled classes. Custom Canvas events (Paint Your Pet & Paint Who You Love) are NON REFUNDABLE. Your image on the Custom canvas is processed for you; the date and time of the event for your seat cannot be rescheduled, credited or refunded. All sales for Custom Canvas are final and will not be refunded.
